Fish Creek Fold

I really wasn't happy with the last shot I had of this place, so I decided to go back when there would be water. I also went later in the day to get better light. I risked frostbite and or hypothermia to get this shot because I stood on a little rock for about 10 minutes barefoot. My toe nails were purple by the time I was out of the water, and I couldn't feel any of my toes for about 4 hours. This is a recumbent fold in the earth's crust, caused by extreme pressure.
